Held in the beautiful grounds of Paus in Cambridge, this retreat is a sacred pause to:

WHERE ANCIENT WISDOM MEETS MODERN SCIENCE

The day’s proposed agenda:

☾ 10am - Arrival & welcome

☾ Manifestation workshop - including intention setting and tarot card pulls

☾ Sound Bath delivered by Leanne of Wholesome Holistics

- 3 COURSE PLANT-CENTRED LUNCH -

☾ Seasonal nutrition and witch practices for women

☾ Closing ceremony

☾ 3 hours of rejuvenating and relaxing outdoor bathing with access to hot tubs, saunas, and the barefoot sensory trail to integrate the magic you’ve moved through earlier in the day.

As we step into Spring and Nature’s new year join me on Saturday 28th March for a one day women’s health and wellbeing retreat. 

Created and delivered by me (Katie) a Nutritional Therapist and practising witch whose clinic specialises in women’s health, this day has been designed specifically to embrace the new energy of Spring. Blending spirituality, science and deep rest you’ll leave feeling refreshed, focused and genuinely excited for the season ahead.

This retreat is for the woman who:

  • Knows she needs a day that’s just for her

  • Feels ready for a seasonal refresh

  • Wants to set some direction for the year without the pressure of goals and go, go, go - no hustle culture over here

  • Is curious about spirituality (or fully in!) but also grounded in real life

Hi, I’m Katie. I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipION, mBANT, mCNHC) who specialises in women’s health. I am passionate about supporting you to feel your best whatever stage of life you are in, aligning to your natural cycles and embracing the beautiful being you are. I have a wealth of knowledge (both scientific and spiritual) and completely understand the overwhelm of conflicting health advice that’s out there.

I take a comprehensive approach to health, pulling in diet, lifestyle, and mindset factors, sprinkled with spiritual practices, to uncover the root causes of symptoms and offer practical, research-backed guidance. My goal is to help you feel empowered and aligned with your body’s natural rhythms again.

 FAQs

  • Yes, Paus have ample free parking on site.

  • Yes! We will collect specific allergies, intolerances, dietary preferences and needs prior to the event and make sure they are accommodated on the day.

  • Yourself, your journal, your yoga mat, and a blanket and pillow for comfort.

    All food and workshop materials will be provided on the day.

  • No! The event is for beginners or anyone wishing to tap into the energy of Spring and harness your power as a woman for the season ahead. At every stage of the day you will be guided through the workshops and shown how and what to do.

  • Yes! Whatever stage of life you are at as a woman, this is for you. There won't be a huge deep dive into the specifics for any one condition or any particular life stage. This day is about showing up for yourself and learning how to nourish yourself in the ways that nature intended. You will come away feeling refreshed, connected and motivated for more.

    Any specific questions you do have Laura or Katie will be happy to answer (either in the group or 1:1 if that would make you more comfortable) although please note that Katie will not be able to provide personalised supplement or medication advice owing to the logistics of the event.   • Yes! It will be a small, intimate group of friendly people so if you're flying solo, don't worry. This whole event is about community and connection so perfect for people coming alone. Whether you're on your own or in a group, you'll be welcomed and by the end of the day no one will be leaving a stranger.
