A REGISTERED NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST SPECIALISING IN FERTILITY, PREGNANCY AND HORMONE HEALTH
As a women’s health and nutrition expert, and a mother myself, my mission is to build the bridge between science and our (sometimes forgotten) innate ancient wisdom. My method of working supports women nutritionally, physically, mentally and spiritually through aligning with nature’s rhythms. This approach flows through my work with 1:1 clients, events & retreats, and speaking opportunities.
I have written for Vitality Magazine, contributed to books, spoken at ION (Institute of Optimum Nutrition) and guested on podcasts.
