I’m Katie,
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipION, mBANT, mCNHC) who works one to one with people who are experiencing a range of health problems such as:
IBS
Covid recovery (including long Covid)
Irregular periods
Trouble conceiving
Eczema

This is for anyone who wants an affordable, quick fire assessment of where their health is at and some tailored dietary and lifestyle recommendations to get started on their health journey. It’s also great for testing the waters to see if you would like to work deeper with me over a longer period of time.
What you get:
A one hour mini health MOT which includes:
- Nutritional lifestyle intake paperwork and assessment
- 1x 1h consultation with accountability and coaching support to facilitate lasting behaviour change.
- A written Health Optimisation Plans emailed to you after the appointment which covers all the sessional information (you never need to make notes)
- Supplements and testing recommendations (if applicable – not always recommended, especially if you’ve already undergone testing previously)
- 10% discount on any recommended supplements
Investment £85
This is for anyone who may need slightly longer ongoing support and would benefit from health coaching and accountability between sessions to help them stay on track of their health goals.
What you get:
A 12 week package including:
- Comprehensive nutritional lifestyle intake paperwork and assessment
- 3x 1h consultations (usually 4 weeks apart)
- Personalised accountability and coaching support to facilitate lasting behaviour change.
- 1x additional monthly check in via email.
- Written Health Optimisation Plans emailed to you after each session which includes all the sessional information (you never need to make notes on your calls)
- Relevant handouts/ literature provided depending your protocol
- Supplements and testing support and plans (if applicable – not always recommended, especially if you’ve already undergone testing previously)
- 10% discount on any recommended supplements
- GP collaboration and support – if required
