Hi, I’m Katie,

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipION, mBANT, mCNHC) specialising in fertility, pregnancy and postnatal health. I support women to be as healthy as possible so that they can either have a baby, enjoy their pregnancy or recover from birth.

Having had a baby recently myself in 2020 I have also experienced first hand how confusing and conflicting the health advice around conception and pregnancy can be; and how non-existent the postnatal support often is. Topics like ‘how can I increase my chances of carrying a baby to full term?’, ‘how do I stop morning sickness?’ or ‘how to function on no sleep with a newborn’ can be overwhelming to say the least.

I hold specialist training in fertility and being a mum too I understand the complexities around fertility, pregnancy and postnatal health. I use my training, lived and clinical experience of working with couples like yourself who just want to understand what to do to help them fall (or stay) pregnant, cope with morning (aka all day) sickness or have enough energy to enjoy being mum to a newborn.

I work with you on a bespoke diet and lifestyle support plan which is based on the person in front of me, not a blanket protocol. My advice is backed by up-to-the-minute research, allowing me to cut through the confusion on what really works to help you achieve your goals that matter to you. I take a comprehensive approach by reviewing not just your diet but your environment, lifestyle, genetics, medical history and mindset to discover what the root cause of your symptoms are. This forms the foundation of your personalised protocol – everything we do is tailored for you. Because you are an individual, so why shouldn’t your support be?

Prior to working as a Nutritional Therapist I qualified as a Criminal Barrister (LLB(Hons), called to the Bar in 2009) and worked in the Ministry of Justice for many years. I live in Bedfordshire with my partner and son where you’ll mostly find me cooking or looking after my vegetable patch.
